在核心性能指标上ABLJO展现出令人瞩目的实力集成RMS相位抖动低至75飞秒(典型值),最大不超过0.10皮秒(12kHz至20MHz带宽),在80MHz至200MHz的输出频率范围内实现了一致的低噪声表现,在相位噪声方面以156.25MHz载波为例@10Hz偏移处典型值为-73dBc/Hz,@1kHz偏移处低至-134dBc/Hz,@1MHz偏移处更是达到-158 dBc/Hz的极致水平,该产品提供17个标准频点,包括80MHz,100MHz,125MHz,156.25MHz,200MHz等通信与计算领域的常用频率,ABLJO有源晶振采用ABLJO晶振采用14.3×8.7×5.5mm,3.3V标准供电支持LVCMOS输出波形上升/下降时间典型值为3.0纳秒,对称性为45%~55%,可直接兼容主流数字逻辑电平,其频率稳定性在-40℃至+85℃宽温范围内达±25ppm(典型值),10年全包容稳定性(含老化)为±40ppm,充分满足长期可靠运行需求此外ABLJO晶振还提供VCXO选项频率牵引范围达±45ppm为锁相环设计提供了充足的频率调节裕量。

ABLNO晶振最令人瞩目的指标是其超低相位噪声以100MHz载波为例@10kHz偏移处典型值达到-162dBc/Hz,已逼近有源晶振低噪声极限,以24.576MHz载波实测@10Hz偏移处典型值为-90dBc/Hz,@10kHz偏移处为-165dBc/Hz,@100kHz及以上偏移处更稳定在-166dBc/Hz,几乎与载波噪声基底持平,在抖动性能方面以200MHz载波为例集成RMS相位抖动典型值低于20飞秒,最大不超过30飞秒(12kHz至20MHz带宽)处于业界顶尖水平,ABLNO的频率覆盖范围更为宽广,从24.576MHz延伸至200MHz,标准频点涵盖24.576MHz,50MHz,100MHz,156.25MHz,200MHz等,该产品采用3.3V供电输出波形为LVCMOS,输出负载15pF,上升/下降时间同样为3.0纳秒,在频率稳定性方面,ABLNO在-40℃至+85℃全温范围内典型值仅为±12ppm,10年全包容稳定性(含老化)为±28ppm,较ABLJO更为严苛,ABLNO同样支持VCXO配置在XO配置下,其相位噪声在10Hz至10kHz各偏移处还可额外优化约3dB至5dB,VCXO模式下的频率牵引范围为±28ppm至±55ppm,控制电压范围0至3.3V控制端口阻抗10 kΩ,线性度±10%。
